Chad Crandell is Managing Director and CEO, holding the distinction of being a Certified Hotel Asset Manager (CHAM). He brings 40 years of hospitality industry experience in hotel asset management and ownership issues. He is responsible for overseeing CHMWarnick’s corporate functions and directing the efforts of the asset management team across seven offices nationwide. With extensive experience in structuring fair and equitable agreements pertaining to hotel ownership, Chad plays an active role in all contract negotiations and advises on key operational challenges, including risk mitigation, capital planning and expenditures and investor-funded capital projects.
